Customization Process for Plush Toys

step 1:get a quotation

Visit our "get a quotation" page and fill out our simple form. You provide us with all the details of the plush toy and upload a design drawing, even a hand-drawn drawing. Our price is all-inclusive unless you request otherwise.

A dedicated project manager will confirm the number of plush toys, testing, sewing labels, hang tags, and shipping method with you. To provide you with the most accurate quote, we need as many details as possible. Therefore many of the fields in the form are required.

step 2:sample making

The cost to create a prototype starts at $300, including unlimited revisions within three months.

We have our own factory and will find materials that suit the requirements of your product based on your design sketches.

Sample making typically takes 2-3 weeks, depending on the level of detail in the design sketches. Once the sample is completed, we will ship it to you for your personal inspection. Once approved, we move into the production stage. We require a 30% deposit before we can begin production. The lead time for custom plush toys is 75-90 days. Our project manager will work directly with you to bring your conceptual artwork to life.

step 3:production and delivery

Before starting production, each type of toy will undergo safety and environmental testing. We can also arrange for professional testing by a designated third-party organization according to your needs (the testing fees are to be paid by you). After you make the final payment, we will arrange for the transportation of all products in your order to your specified location.
